Costanzo Di Girolamo
Costanzo Di Girolamo (1948-2022) was an Italian Romanist and Catalanist scholar born and died in Naples. He earned his doctorate in 1970 from the University of Naples with a thesis on the poetic language of Ausiàs March, and held teaching positions at universities including McGill, Johns Hopkins, and Calabria, specializing in Romance philology, medieval literature, and literary theory.[1]
