Cory Doctorow
Cory Doctorow is a Canadian-British science fiction author, activist, journalist, and blogger, best known for co-editing Boing Boing and advocating for liberalizing copyright laws, digital rights, and Creative Commons.[1][2] Born in Toronto, Canada, he has authored novels like Little Brother and nonfiction works such as How to Destroy Surveillance Capitalism, and serves as a special advisor to the Electronic Frontier Foundation.[2][3] He lives in Los Angeles and London, and has received awards including induction into the Canadian Science Fiction and Fantasy Hall of Fame in 2020.[3][4]
