Colleen L Reece

Colleen L. Reece, born October 1, 1935, in Darrington, Washington, learned to read by kerosene lamplight in a home without electricity and won a bicycle with her writing at age 11. She began her prolific writing career seriously after age 40, authoring over 123 books and 1300+ stories and articles, primarily inspirational Christian fiction and mysteries, with more than 3 million copies sold. Twice voted Favorite Author by Heartsong Presents and inducted into their Hall of Fame, she mentored notable Christian authors.
