Colette Wolff

Colette Wolff was an American fiber and textile artist, designer, teacher, and author known for her expertise in fabric manipulation, soft sculpture, cloth dollmaking, quilting, embroidery, and garment making. She is best known for her influential book *The Art of Manipulating Fabric* (1996) and for founding Platypus Designs, a mail-order pattern business for dolls, toys, and quilts.
