Christopher R. Hill
Christopher R. Hill is a retired American diplomat, author, and academic born on August 10, 1952. He served as U.S. Ambassador to Poland (2000-2004), Macedonia (1996-1999), South Korea, and Serbia, and as Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs (2005), while also heading the Six-Party Talks on North Korea. Currently, he is Chief Advisor to the Chancellor for Global Engagement at the University of Denver and author of 'Outpost: Life on the Frontlines of American Diplomacy.'
