Christopher Buehlman

Christopher Buehlman, born February 22, 1969, in Tampa, Florida, is an American author known for his work in horror and fantasy genres, including novels like Those Across the River and The Blacktongue Thief.[1][4][5] He earned a bachelor's degree in French from Florida State University and gained fame as the comedian Christophe the Insultor on the renaissance festival circuit, while also writing poetry—winning the 2007 Bridport Prize—and plays.[2][3][4] Now based in St. Petersburg, Florida, with his wife and rescue animals, he continues to write gritty, redemptive novels.[3][5][6]
