Christopher Arnold

Chris Feliciano Arnold is an American author, journalist, and professor known for his book *The Third Bank of the River: Power and Survival in the Twenty-First Century Amazon*, published by Picador in 2018. His essays and reportage have appeared in publications such as *The Atlantic*, *Harper’s*, *The New York Times*, and *Sports Illustrated*, and he has received a creative writing fellowship from the National Endowment for the Arts. He directs the MFA Program in Creative Writing at Saint Mary’s College of California and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.[1][6][7]
