Christian Bason

Christian Bason, Ph.D., is a leading expert in design, innovation, and public sector transformation. He is co-founder of Transition Collective and formerly served as CEO of the Danish Design Center (2014-2023) and Director of MindLab, the Danish government's innovation lab (2007-2014). He has authored nine books on leadership, innovation, and design, and holds a Ph.D. in design, leadership, and governance from Copenhagen Business School.
