Cheryl Charles
Cheryl Charles, Ph.D., is an innovator, author, educator, and organizational executive dedicated to the well-being of children, families, communities, and the environment. She is the Co-Founder, President, and CEO Emerita of the Children & Nature Network, an international NGO aimed at connecting children, families, and communities to nature, co-founded with Richard Louv, author of Last Child in the Woods. Charles also serves as Adjunct Faculty and Executive Director of the Nature-based Leadership Institute at Antioch University New England and is involved in various global initiatives including the IUCN’s Commission on Education and Communication.
