Cheryl Aylward Whitesel

Cheryl Aylward Whitesel is an American author of children's and young adult fiction, including works such as *Blue Fingers* and *Rebel*. Born in Rochester, New York, she studied at Northwestern University and later left a law career after her son was born to pursue writing full time; she has lived in several U.S. states and spent twelve years in Asia.
