Cher Ming Tan

Dr. Cher Ming Tan is a Professor and Director of the Center for Reliability Science & Technology at Chang Gung University in Taiwan, with over 30 years of expertise in electronic reliability engineering. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto in 1992 and served as a faculty member at Nanyang Technological University from 1996 to 2014 before joining Chang Gung University. He is an IEEE Distinguished Lecturer, Fellow of the Institute of Engineers Singapore, and author of multiple books and technical reports on reliability.
