Charlotte Carter

Charlotte Carter is an American novelist, short story writer, and poet best known for her mystery series featuring Nanette Hayes, a jazz musician and crime-solver in New York. Her work also includes the Cook County mystery series, and her short fiction has appeared in American and British anthologies.
