Charlie Morris

Charles Morris (1833–1922) was an American journalist, novelist, and author renowned for his popular historical textbooks and retold legends. He wrote works such as 'The War with Spain,' 'History of the World,' 'The Story of Mexico,' and series like 'Historical Tales,' along with biographies of Queen Victoria and William McKinley. Born in Chester, Pennsylvania, he spent his later years in Philadelphia, where he died at age 88.
