Charles Wesley

Charles Wesley was an English Anglican cleric, poet, and hymn writer best known as a principal leader of the Methodist movement alongside his brother John Wesley. He wrote thousands of hymns, including "Hark! The Herald Angels Sing," "Love Divine, All Loves Excelling," and "Christ the Lord Is Risen Today," and his work helped shape Protestant worship.
