Charles S. Revelle
Charles S. ReVelle (Charles Seymour ReVelle) was an American environmental engineer, systems analyst, educator, and author known for his work on reservoir design and for helping create the field of location analysis. He was a Johns Hopkins University professor who developed mathematical models for development planning and natural resources management.[1][2][4]
