Charles Moore
Charles Hilary Moore, Baron Moore of Etchingham is an English journalist and chairman of The Spectator. He is best known for his authorised three-volume biography of Margaret Thatcher (2013, 2016, 2019), which won the Elizabeth Longford Prize for Historical Biography. Moore served as editor of The Daily Telegraph, The Spectator, and The Sunday Telegraph, and was created a life peer in 2020.
