Charles Molesworth
Charles Molesworth (1941–2022) was an American literary critic, poet, and professor of English at Queens College, CUNY, where he taught for 40 years. He wrote widely on modern and contemporary American literature and poetry, including books on Marianne Moore, Donald Barthelme, Gary Snyder, Alain Locke, and Countee Cullen, and also served as editor for the modern period in the *Heath Anthology of American Literature*.
