Charles H Spurgeon
Charles Haddon Spurgeon (1834–1892) was an influential English Particular Baptist preacher known as the 'Prince of Preachers' for his powerful gospel witness and widely translated sermons spiced with humor[1][2]. He served as pastor of the Metropolitan Tabernacle in London for 38 years, preached to over a million people, and founded Spurgeon's College along with numerous parachurch ministries including orphanages and almshouses[1][4].
