Charles H. Paraquin

Charles H. Paraquin appears to be a misspelling or variant of Denis-Charles Parquin, a 19th-century French military officer and memoirist. He was born in Paris, later wrote his *Souvenirs* while imprisoned at the citadel of Doullens in 1843, and died there the same year.[1]
