Charles H Gibson

Charles Hopper Gibson was an American politician from Maryland who served as a U.S. Congressman from 1885 to 1891 and as a U.S. Senator from 1891 to 1897. He was a member of the Democratic Party and is noted for his service in the U.S. Congress during the late 19th century.
