Charles Fuge

Charles Fuge is a British children's book author and illustrator who has been working in the field since 1988, when he won the Macmillan Prize for 'Bushvark's First Day Out' while still a student at Camberwell School of Art. He has since authored over twenty books and illustrated more than sixty picture books, specializing in animal characters rendered in watercolor and pencil. His work 'Sometimes I Like to Curl Up in a Ball' was runner-up for the Kate Greenaway Medal and has been featured in Dolly Parton's Imagination Library.
