Charles Crampton

Charles Hoyt Crampton was a prominent Black physician, civic leader, and public speaker in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, in the first half of the 20th century. He served as deputy secretary of the Pennsylvania State Health Department, led community organizations, and was known for supporting education, voting rights, and African American institutions.
