Charles Allen Dinsmore

Charles Allen Dinsmore (1860–1941) was an American scholar and author best known for his work on Dante Alighieri, especially biographies and critical studies of the Italian poet. He was also recognized for writing on the English Bible as literature, and was widely regarded as an authority on Dante in the United States and abroad.
