Cat Cora

Cat Cora is a world-renowned American chef, author, restaurateur, television host, and philanthropist, best known as the first female Iron Chef on Food Network's Iron Chef America in 2005 and the first woman inducted into the Culinary Hall of Fame.[1][2][3] Born in Jackson, Mississippi, she graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, trained at two three-Michelin-star restaurants in France, and has authored several cookbooks including her memoir Cooking as Fast as I Can.[1][2] She founded Chefs for Humanity to combat hunger and has opened over 18 restaurants emphasizing health, wellness, and sustainability.[2][7]
