Caron Butler

Caron Butler, born James Caron Butler, is a former NBA professional basketball player turned assistant coach for the Miami Heat, with a 14-year playing career across nine teams including the Miami Heat, Washington Wizards, and Dallas Mavericks, where he was a two-time All-Star.[1][2][3] He overcame a challenging youth involving gangs and drugs in Racine, Wisconsin, playing college basketball at UConn before being drafted 10th overall in 2002, and later authored the autobiography 'Tuff Juice: My Journey from the Streets to the NBA' in 2015.[3][6]
