Carol Gracie

Carol Gracie was a naturalist, botanist, photographer, lecturer, and author known for her richly illustrated books on the wildflowers of the northeastern United States. She worked for The New York Botanical Garden for nearly three decades and also spent time with The Nature Conservancy; her books include "Spring Wildflowers of the Northeast," "Summer Wildflowers of the Northeast," "Florapedia," and "Wildflowers in the Field and Forest."
