Carol Cooper

Dr. Carol Cooper is a British doctor, medical journalist, and novelist from London who combines clinical practice with writing on child health, general practice, and the history of medicine. She has authored over ten non-fiction books, including award-winning medical textbooks, and several novels such as *The Girls from Alexandria* and *One Night at the Jacaranda*. She served as President of the Guild of Health Writers from 2014 and is an Associate of Newnham College, Cambridge.
