Carl-Johan Forssén Ehrlin is a Swedish author and behavioral scientist best known for his bestselling children's book 'The Rabbit Who Wants to Fall Asleep,' designed to help children fall asleep using psychological techniques. With a bachelor's degree in psychology, he works as a life coach, leadership trainer, and communications teacher at a Swedish university. Born in 1978 in Lekeryd, Sweden, he later moved to Huskvarna and now lives in Spain.
