Carl Deuker
Carl Deuker is an American author of young adult novels, best known for his sports-themed fiction such as 'On the Devil's Court,' 'Night Hoops,' and 'Gym Candy.' Born in San Francisco in 1950 and raised in Redwood City, California, he later became a teacher in Seattle, Washington, where he continues to write while drawing inspiration from his own experiences with sports and education.
