Carl 1891-1975 Zigrosser
Carl Zigrosser (1891–1975) was an American art historian, curator, and print specialist best known for founding and running the New York Weyhe Gallery and later serving as Curator of Prints and Drawings at the Philadelphia Museum of Art from 1941 to 1963. He helped advance the study and collecting of prints in the United States and was also associated with the development of serigraphy with Anthony Velonis.
