Christopher Robert Cargill is an American screenwriter, novelist, podcast host, and former film critic, best known for writing films such as *Sinister*, *Doctor Strange*, and *The Black Phone*. He has also published fantasy and horror novels, including *Dreams and Shadows*, and often collaborates with director Scott Derrickson.
