Buffy Silverman
Buffy Silverman is a children’s author and poet known for more than 90 nonfiction books on nature, science, and other kid-friendly topics. She studied environmental education in graduate school, where she discovered her interest in writing about the natural world, and her work also appears in poetry anthologies and children’s magazines.
