Bryan H Bunch

Bryan H. Bunch (1936-2025) was an American author, editor, and Renaissance man known for his diverse bibliography including popular science reference books like *The Timetables of Science* and *The History of Science and Technology*, as well as an autobiography (*Entangled*) and works on mathematics and herb gardening. Born in St. Louis during the Great Depression, he majored in English, worked in New York publishing as a copyeditor, and later became a freelance writer after 1980. A recovered alcoholic, he dedicated over 33 years to sponsoring others in Alcoholics Anonymous while continuing to write until his final weeks.
