Brian P. Swift

Brian P. Swift, known as 'The Quadfather,' is a motivational speaker, John Maxwell coach, bestselling author, and radio host who became a C6 quadriplegic at age 17 following a football accident in December 1979. He earned a Juris Doctorate from DePaul Law School, built a career in corporate sales, training, and leadership, and founded the nonprofit SOAR to empower people with disabilities in outdoor recreation.
