Bob Ross

Bob Ross, born Robert Norman Ross, was an American painter and television personality best known for hosting the PBS series The Joy of Painting from 1983 to 1994, where he taught the wet-on-wet oil painting technique to millions. He discovered painting during his U.S. Air Force service in Alaska and became beloved for his gentle demeanor, encouraging phrase 'happy little trees,' and philosophy that there are no mistakes, only happy accidents.
