Bill Roorbach

Bill Roorbach is an American novelist, short story writer, nature writer, memoirist, journalist, and educator born in 1953. He is known for works focusing on nature and the environment, including the Flannery O'Connor Award-winning collection Big Bend and the memoir Summers with Juliet. Roorbach currently holds the Jenks Chair in Contemporary American Letters at the College of the Holy Cross and lives in Farmington, Maine.
