Bill Conaty

Bill Conaty is an American businessman, author, and former Senior Vice President of Human Resources at General Electric, where he led HR activities for 330,000 employees worldwide from 1993 to 2007. He co-authored the book 'The Talent Masters: Why Smart Leaders Put People Before Numbers' and has served as an advisor to CEOs of major global companies. After leaving GE, he founded Conaty Consulting and remains active in human resources leadership and advisory roles.
