Beyers Naudé
Christiaan Frederik Beyers Naudé (1915-2004) was a South African cleric born into an Afrikaner nationalist family; initially a Dutch Reformed Church minister and member of the secretive Afrikaner Broederbond supporting apartheid, he underwent a profound change after the 1960 Sharpeville Massacre, rejecting racial segregation as unscriptural.[1][2][3]
