Barbara Sher
Barbara Sher (1935–2020) was an American speaker, career/lifestyle coach, and bestselling author known as the 'godmother of life coaching.' She authored books like Wishcraft: How to Get What You Really Want and Refuse to Choose!, which sold millions of copies and were translated into many languages, and she invented Success Teams in 1972 to help people achieve their goals. Sher appeared on major TV shows including Oprah and Good Morning America, lectured worldwide, and also worked as a pediatric occupational therapist.
