Barbara Deming
Barbara Deming was an American feminist, poet, and activist renowned for her advocacy of nonviolent social change and her influential writings on revolution and equilibrium. She was a prominent figure in civil rights and peace movements, participating in key events such as the Nashville-to-Washington march and protesting U.S. involvement in Vietnam, and later founded The Money for Women Fund to support feminist artists.
