Barbara Bolin

Barbara Bolin, Ph.D., is an educator and workforce development expert with a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial Education from Texas A&M University, a Master of Science in Mathematics/Statistics from the University of Texas at Tyler, and a Bachelor of Science in Pure and Applied Mathematics from the University of Adelaide, South Australia. She has held prominent roles including Vice President for Economic Development at Monroe Community College, Director of the Michigan Department of Career Development, Managing Director of Bolin Enterprises, LLC, and Founder/President of the National Organization for Career Credentialing. Known for her innovative leadership in education, skills development, and career credentialing, she has also served as an adjunct professor at Lansing Community College and in various advisory positions.
