Ashraf Brik

Ashraf Brik is a full professor of chemistry at the Schulich Faculty of Chemistry at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, specializing in bio-organic and medicinal chemistry. Born in 1973 in Abu Snan, Israel, he is an Arab citizen of Israel (one of the 'Arabs of the 48') and received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Technion in 2001. In 2024, he was awarded the Rappaport Prize for Excellence in Biomedical Research as an established researcher.
