Article 19
ARTICLE 19 is a British international human rights organization founded in 1987 in London by J. Roderick MacArthur, Aryeh Neier, and Martin Ennals to defend and promote freedom of expression and freedom of information worldwide, named after Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It conducts research, campaigning, and legal analysis to support these rights, targeting authoritarian regimes and democratic countries alike, with offices in London and New York.
