Arthur Penrhyn Stanley

Arthur Penrhyn Stanley was an English Anglican priest, ecclesiastical historian, and Broad Churchman best known as Dean of Westminster from 1864 to 1881. He wrote numerous works on church history and was a co-founder of the Palestine Exploration Fund.
