Arthur Bryant

Sir Arthur Wynne Morgan Bryant was an English historian, columnist, and biographer known for popular, readable histories and major biographies such as his three-volume life of Samuel Pepys. His work covered English history from the 18th and 19th centuries, and he was one of Britain’s best-known historical writers of the 20th century.
