Antonia Bowring

Antonia Bowring is an executive coach based in New York City, founder of ABstrategies LLC, and a member of the Forbes Coaches Council. She holds degrees from McGill University (MBA), University of Sussex (MPhil), and University of British Columbia (BA), and is multilingual in French, Spanish, and Italian. Her book 'Coach Yourself: Increase Awareness, Change Behavior and Thrive' was published by Wiley in 2023.
