Annie Rix Militz

Annie Rix Militz (1856–1924) was an influential American author, spiritual leader, and early organizer of the New Thought Movement. She founded the Home of Truth in 1905 with her sister Harriet Hale Rix, published the prominent Master Mind magazine, and played a key role in the formative years of Unity before establishing her own interfaith teachings. A magnetic speaker and international lecturer, she served as president of the International New Thought Alliance and traveled the world spreading metaphysical principles.
