Anne Hepple

Anne Hepple (1877–1959), born Anne Hepple Dickinson (née Batty), was a British writer and editor who wrote over 25 romantic novels under the pseudonym Anne Hepple. She was the first editor of The Woman's Magazine in London from 1931 to 1934, where many of her short stories and serialized novels appeared. Born in Widdrington, Northumberland, England, she lived most of her life in and around Berwick and Berwickshire.
