Andy Lymer

Andy Lymer is a Professor of Taxation and Personal Finance and Head of the Department of Accounting and Finance at Aston University in the West Midlands, England. He joined Aston University in March 2021 after previously serving as a Professor of Taxation and Accounting at Birmingham Business School, University of Birmingham since 1991. Lymer is also the Director of the Centre for Personal Financial Wellbeing and has authored publications on taxation, social policy, and unemployment.
