Andrew Wilson is an award-winning British author, biographer, novelist, and journalist whose debut book, Beautiful Shadow: A Life of Patricia Highsmith, was shortlisted for the Whitbread Biography Prize and won an Edgar Allan Poe Award and a LAMBDA Literary Award. He has written biographies of figures like Sylvia Plath, Harold Robbins, and Alexander McQueen, as well as a crime novel series featuring Agatha Christie and psychological thrillers under the pseudonym E.V.
